2020 Charity https://ukcops.org/
Our chapter has chosen Care of Police Survivors (COPS) as our charity for 2020. The charity supports the families of Police Officers who have lost their life whilst serving the public. This was particularly highlighter last year with the tragic death of PC Harper which had national media coverage. Each year a number of officers loose their life which does not make the headlines as PC Harper did. Each one leaves a family who need support in many ways. COPS provides this service to the surviving fammilies.
Every Year Blue Knights attend an event called LAW RIDE to commemorate fallen officers, raise money for COPS as part of the Survivors Weekend at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Stafordshire Here are a couple of photographs of Wales1 members from past rides.
